Ordering online

Select your product by clicking on the ADD TO CART buttons. Button choices include a different shipping charge so you should choose one of two or three. These are UK, Europe or Worldwide depending on your location.

Complete your personal details when prompted. You should see a padlock or the URL should show https.

Continue within the secure area to input your card details.

Confirmation of the order transaction will be sent to you by e-mail. (Please take care to give correct e-mail address)

Subject to card transaction processing successfully your order will be shipped within 7 working days, providing the item is in stock. We will contact you if there might be a delay if not in stock to advise delivery time.

You will be informed when the order has been shipped. Within the UK the delivery is usually by First Class post or Special Delivery if the value of goods require insurance. Overseas shipping is by Air Mail and customers may expect anything up to a week or more depending to which country the order is being shipped. Outside of the European Union there may also be Customs processes affecting delivery times. Digital products will be sent to your email address within 24 hours.

Shipping is charged on the whole order. If shipping is more, you will first be informed, e.g. extra cost of insured shipping to give you the option to agree to any further costs. Please let us know if special shipping arrangements are required.

During the ordering process you will see a Message box where you may write with any questions or possible adjustments you may wish to be considered prior to the order being shipped. We shall make every effort to assist should you want to amend the order at any stage. Please note that we do not store your card details.

Ordering by mail or by telephone

Orders can still be made by telephone and by post with Postal Order or International Money Order (in GBP drawn on a UK bank) made payable to Emerald Innovations and sent to address below.

If you wish to telephone the order and the answering machine cuts in, please be sure to leave your phone number and repeat it slowly and clearly so we can call you back. If calling from outside the UK you may also say what time (your local time) to call.

Prices

All prices on this site are in GBP (British Pounds)

If you are ordering from outside the UK you may check with a currency conversion site online to see what the approximate cost will be in your currency. Please be aware that conversion sites give different conversion rates which change frequently. Also your card company will use their own rates and charges for transactions. Either way, Emerald Innovations only receives the original amount of your total order in GBP.

Cancellations and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund including shipping, within 7 days of placing the order or within 7 days of receipt whichever is the longer. Please contact us quoting the order number. The return address is shown below.

All products are sold on basis of experimental or educational use. Customers are therefore expected to make use of the products according to their individual knowledge and skills. Due to the nature of our products we cannot guarantee they will work for you. However we are flexible and may exchange items wherever practicable.

Faulty items may be returned for exchange or a refund, except for electronic products. CDs and DVDs (will be replaced if faulty) but are not refundable.

Please inform us by telephone or email sales@emeraldinnovations.co.uk before returning any item so we can advise and discuss the issues to find the best solution. If an answering machine is activated when you phone, please leave a message with name and telephone number so we can call you back. See address below.

Contact and Returns to Emerald Innovations, 16 Orchard Road, Longlevens, Gloucester, GL2 0HX, United Kingdom. Items should be in the original wrapping and unused, with your name and address and shopper ID or proof of purchase. Any refunds will only be made to the card used in making the purchase.
